My order took OVER one month to receive. It was a Christmas gift which was unfortunate because I ordered in November and didn’t receive it until December 28th…on top of that the quality of the socks isn’t great and isn’t a very soft pair of socks. The photo of my dog does look pretty good but I’m not impressed and won’t be ordering again.

Hi, Ive ordered on the 10th décember and i still not received my socks No news for the delivery delay. I do not recommend this site for a purchase. bad experience

My order was supposed to arrive by December 20th, before Christmas. Sadly, it still has not arrived and Christmas has passed. I reached out to customer service to request a refund and order cancelation. No one has responded to help resolve this issue. Very disappointed, unhappy and dissatisfied with this experience.

There was white streaks across the top of the blanket

I love the concept and the donation to pups. That’s mainly where the positives end sorry to say. I ordered two pairs with two different dogs. The one pair the dog is almost not visible. The shadowing covered half of the dogs face. I wish they would’ve sent me a preview before just sending them. I also don’t understand why they wouldn’t lighten the shadowing or request a new picture. I also wasn’t thrilled with the color choices of socks or the material. They’re not very soft.

Was not impressed with the quality. Purchased a small blanket and pair of socks. If your seeking quality I would not recommend the product.

Took 22 days to get my order. I sent three questions about my order without a single response. Socks are okay, thin and the image was very small.

I am so very sad as the gift arrived too late (which actually is not that big of deal in our current world) but now I cannot gift them regardless as the image of my dear friends puppy was printed too dark, unacceptable print quality. A total waste of money very sad :(
