Arrived 13 days after it said it shipped after being told it would arrive before Christmas. Customer service only available though an email that they never respond to even though they auto reply stating they will. Ordered a women's SMALL ( Size 4-8) and socks are so big that they are too big for me and I wear a size 12 wide. Horrible business practices. Stay away

I finally received my order December 30th, after many attempts to contact their team about a missing 30% discount, which was never applied. Also, my socks arrived after Christmas, and at the time I placed the order it was guaranteed by December 20th at the latest. It was useless to me at that time as they were meant to be a Christmas gift. The quality is also very poor and they are basically unwearable. Do not order from this terrible website.

These socks served the sentimental purpose just fine. I ordered two pairs, separate pictures. One turned out perfect the other image was dark and lacked definition. The fit is strange, they fit like tube socks and are tight on calves and loose around the foot, which means they probably won't be worn. I like that ordering these socks helps feed animals as well.

I placed my order on Dec. 7th. I have not received the product and have tried to contact customer service twice and have not received a response.

It took over a month to receive my order!!! Which, made it a late Christmas gift. The photo i sent in had curly dog ears, which isn't shown on the socks☹ i will not order from this company again.

This was my second order from PupSocks. Quality is good and shipping has been seamless. Love the socks!

Delay in arrival without communication. Sock material is odd. The dog faces turned out cute.

1 star because I can't give no stars. Pupsocks had one job - ONE JOB! To put a picture of our dog on a pair of socks - that is the whole concept of the company, it says it in the name. One pair of socks received, paw print design, no picture of our dog. Basically paid over the odds for a basic pair of socks. Contacted customer services TWICE and got the automatic reply 'We'll be in touch in 72 hours'. That was over a week ago. Hopefully this review will wake somebody up. I'm still awaiting an answer on whether to return or if the correct product will be processed. Strongly advise not to use, incorrect products and quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever come across.
