The quality of the socks were really nice but the print itself of my pet was rather dark. I think it could've been enhanced further or maybe shown a preview before it was printed so a different picture could be used.

Unfortunately I have not received my order. Communication via email was great when order was placed and "shipped" but after 3 weeks and an email to Pup Socks, I have not had a reply or any update. This was my second time ordering and I was very pleased with my first order but am disappointed to have a different experience this time.

It’s a scam. You will get socks with random dogs nothing like what you uploaded. Don’t bother with this service.

I submitted my order in January, but it was delayed. When I notified the Customer Service inquiring on the status, I was informed that it got delayed due to my kitty photos not being bright enough. I submitted different kitty photos and Elizabeth in Customer Service took the ball and ran with it. She got my order processed and mailed out. Great products and Great Customer Service....Rich
