These were the perfect gift for my…
These were the perfect gift for my cousin's 30th! I did a variety of fun presents and the socks were by far her favorite. I did one with her pup, her boyfriend's pup, and my infant daughter's face (which was the real winner!). Definitely doing these socks for gifts from now on.

Non existent customer service
They are so cute, and the quality is pretty good. I thought they would be softer but they have a very synthetic feel. The reason for the one star is for the customer service. If you receive a wrong size in your order, and you reach out to them, even several times, they will never, ever, ever, EVER respond, and that’s just wrong. PupSocks, I would never do you like that.

No product received, no money returned.
Got lost in transit twice, Okay not their fault. 1st time was really helpful and resent the product. Second time. I’ve been ignored for 2 months now with no resolution they obviously don’t want to help by resending and they don’t want to refund me so they have just chosen to ignore me and keep my money with no product delivered to me. HORRIBLE!!!! Seems like a legit company but can’t trust them to make things right. So now I’m out of pocket $100. I requested a refund instead of them sending the product as courier was obviously having trouble but zero response in 2 months. UPDATE: within a day of my review I received communication from the company and was issued a refund quickly. While I’m happy with the outcome and solution it is disappointing that I had to write a review to get any attention. It’s always the loudest, angriest customers who get things done unfortunately.
