After almost 5 months I received my socks . They ended up refunding my money and sending the order, customer service takes a while to get back to you.

Hi Shawn, Thank you so much for taking the time to write and post a review. I am so sorry it took so long for you to get the correct order. We try very hard to get all orders correct and shipped out promptly, sometime we drop the ball and that is what happened with your order. I truly apologize for this mishap. Thank you again for the review and I hope you have a great weekend! Betsy The PupSocks Team

Adorable, and great cropping of the photo I submitted. Can't speak to comfort, as they're a gift, but very happy with the quality as far as I can assess.

I was very disappointed in the pupsox that I gave to my son for Christmas. The fabric was thin and the picture of our pup was too dark. I cannot recommend your company. Cyndi Adamec

The fabric is very strange. The quality is ok. One of the dogs looks more like a black blob than a dog. I would not but it recommend.

Hi Teddi, Thank you for taking the time to write a review! We do apologize for the order issues you experienced with your previous order. We strive for exceptional quality and hate that we dropped the ball with your special order. With dark animals, we advise sending a picture that was taken in great lighting. After looking into our system, we could not find any contact attempts. With that said, please email our support team directly at [email protected] so we can rectify your order issue. We look forward to hearing from you. Best Regards, The PupSocks Team 🐾

Disappointed. I was very excited about these socks-- especially because they were a gift for my significant other who has been dying for a pair with our dog's face on them. The look of the sock is underwhelming as the pattern on the socks don't match at the seams, giving it a disheveled look and indicates no quality control. The color block for the heel is noticeably off center with the sock. The material is a DISGUSTING feeling. Was expecting much more given the price associated with them. The concept is a wonderful idea, just didn't even come near my expectation with the result. Wouldn't recommend to others.

Hi Melissa, Thank you for your review! I see you weren't too satisfied with the overall quality of our socks and for that, we apologize. Our products are usually comfy, lightweight, and fit perfectly based on the size selected. We make our socks with the intention of them being novelty items but they can be worn. After looking into our system, we could not find any contact attempts. Also, as of recently we have updated our PupSocks material and would love for you to give us a second chance. With that said, we kindly as that you email us at [email protected] in order to create a solution. We look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team 🐾
