Bad Communication, Late delivery. Crappy product when it did arrive.

I waited to write my review because I did have a problem with my order. I ordered 2 pairs but only received one and was charged for both pairs. It took a little while to hear back from PupSocks because of Christmas but once they learned of their mistake, they were quick to correct it by refilling my original order at no extra charge. I loved the socks and they were a big hit on Christmas morning. I will say that black dogs (I ordered two other pairs with a picture of a black dog) don't work as well as dogs that are light colored or multi-colored because you can't see their faces as well. All in all, I would definitely recommend these socks though! Really cute and I like that they also support the Atlanta Humane Society!

I was disappointed with all the items I ordered. The socks were so ugly. The material was so synthetic. I had one pair of an all black dog that were terrible. Another of an all red dog that looked like it was cut out by a 3rd grader. No definition at all. I was embarrassed to give them as gifts. Not at all worth the money. The mask I got was too small and the material was flimsy polyester.

Ordered during Black Friday, and didn’t arrive till after Christmas. Poor quality & execution. I should’ve read the reviews before I ordered…

Not quite the quality I was hoping for. They have a ‘shiny’ texture, unlike any socks I’ve had before. They’re cute, though.

I bought cat socks for my sister and my aunt for Christmas. The photo came out well, and the colors are bright. They loved them. They seem like good quality, but time will tell whether they fade or get fuzzy in the wash over time. The only potential drawback is that the women's small were a little big for my sister's size 6.5 feet.

The quality of the pictures on the material is great, but the rest of the product is disappointing. I ordered two different sizes, and received 4 socks of different lengths altogether. The socks do not fit properly. They don’t fit well over the ankle and also don’t stay in on the foot. Very poor quaint and I’m very disappointed as these were $25 a pair!
