I ordered three pairs of socks for three people in my family on December 11. They are cute but they arrived way past Christmas (December 29) and were supposed to be stocking stuffers. When I ordered on 12/11, I did not see anything about needing to select expedited shipping in order to receive by Christmas. I emailed customer service to express my concern over a week ago and have not received a response. So, my complaints are about the lengthy time for shipping and lack of response from Pupsocks.

This was a gift. I did not receive it by Christmas. It's now New Year's day and I still haven't received it. I emailed the company but didn't receive a response. I will now dispute the charge with my credit card.

We ordered the flowers background socks with 3 pictures, this socks are gorgeous! The material is soft and the quality of the printing is beautiful. Thank you for the great quality!

Not only did no one reply to my email concerning a missing/late order, but the socks have not arrived, and the customer service email address is now refusing my emails. The delay was not on the Canadian side, but 100% from your production team. My order should have arrived by Christmas according to the advertising on your site when I placed my order, which was obviously false advertising. There were no delays at that time. And now I’ve received an email to rate my experience, which let’s face it, is zero.

Given recent reviews, my expectations were a bit lower, but the socks are actually quite good. The graphic is clear and the order was correct. Pretty happy with my purchase.

Everything was perfect. Arrived day before Christmas....phew! My daughter was thrilled to have socks with her favorite cats face all over them. I would definitely purchase from your company again.
