I ordered Pup Socks for my wife and children as a Christmas gift. The order was placed on November 29th. I received notice that my order had shipped on 12-18. That should have been ample time to receive my order for Christmas even if shipped regular mail. I did not receive my order until yesterday, 12-31. I tried to reach out to Pup Socks 2 times and never received a response. Great product! Poor Service

Honestly, these turned out so much better than I had hoped. My son LOVES his socks with his pupper's face---it was a perfect stocking stuffer. Thanks!

I contacted you because you sent me socks with someone else’s dogs on them. Then nothing,

I ordered a custom blanket with dog faces on them. I received a plain red blanket with dog bones on it. No customization at all. It also took over 4 weeks to arrive. I will never ever order from them again and I will tell everyone I know how terrible they are. Customer service is a joke. Never responds to emails.

The final product was great but it took over a month to receive it. I ordered it on the 1st of December hoping to atleast get it by Christmas but it didn't arrive until the 30th.
