GoPupSocksReviews of gopupsocks.com

The quality of the blanket and socks I received was absolutely enough to overlook the fact the cheapest shipping option was used and package was lost by the carrier for a few days! For future reference I would have paid more to use a priority shipping where packages are more closely monitored and not lost track of. Thank you for the smiles your product has brought to my loved ones! Happy and safe new year!

I placed my order on December 3- got notification it was shipped on December 11- I never received it. I reached out like the website says on December 23- it is January 1 and I have not heard from anyone. They send an auto email that says someone will get back to me in 72 hrs. They have no phone number so I can not even request a refund. This was supposed to be a special Christmas gift. I am so disappointed. I do not recommend this company.

I like everything about the socks: quality, image accuracy and ease of ordering. My only issue is the price is to high for a single pair of socks.

I ordered my socks on Nov 27 as gifts for 2 people on my Christmas list. The socks hadn’t been delivered by December 19 so I reached out via email and via the website but never heard back from customer service. The socks arrived sometime after Christmas so I was not able to give them as a gift. I still have not heard from customer service regarding my request for a refund. The socks are cute but I obviously haven’t worn them so I have no idea if they are comfortable.

super cute and very soft my kids loved it

I was very disappointed in the blanket I received. It was flimsy and the photos were cropped so that the dogs looked ridiculous. It was a gift for my daughter. As it happens one of her friends got her a similar item from another company (Collage). That one was fat, fleecy and the photos were vibrant. I was so embarrassed by my greatly inferior gift. Turns out we paid exactly the same price. I had contacted Pupsocks multiple multiple times before I placed the order to get answers to my questions but never heard anything back from an actual person. I crossed my fingers and ordered because they promised Christmas delivery. Turns out that was not the case. It arrived Dec 31. I will not use Pupsocks again for anything.

Love the socks and the mask but you need to speed up shipping!!! Ordered on the 12th and got them on the 29th!!!!

These socks are soo cute! I got them as a gift for my father from his grandpups, I know he'll love them. I have two dogs and they printed both pictures perfectly. Thanks!
