I ordered two pair of socks for my parents. After Christmas, I received my package. It contained a very cute pet, unfortunately not mine. I’ve tried many times to contact customer service but only can leave a message. Poor customer service.

The socks turned out OK. They're a lot larger than anticipated (women's large). It also took a really long time to receive. They were ordered mid November and didn't receive them until 30 Dec.
