We recently lost our sweet mini Schnauzer just before Christmas. I thought it would be sweet to give my husband and sons these socks. They turned out better than expected and even honored my request to include her collar in the photo. My husband was literally in tears and said it was the best present he received.

The socks are ok. Customer service poor: incorrect tracking number was provided in the shipping email which acknowledged the package but provided no history for days. After eleven days the socks had not yet arrived so I emailed CS as per the shipping email and it got returned, several times, as no such email address existed. Sox finally arrived under a different tracking number from a different carrier so I dropped the issue.

I bought them for my teen daughter and she thought the quality of the socks and colour were awful. I agree on the quality, very disappointing. They are cute though and I'll wear them but a bit disappointing considering they cost around $37 for a pair of socks!

I think you need to show a preview of the final artwork. Was disappointed in the photo as it appeared on the finished socks.

I placed my order in November and still have not received my socks. I have sent several messages to CS and no one has returned my messages. This is very unprofessional! My order was placed to gift to a family member for Christmas who's Dog was in surgery and this would have made her feel some positive energy. But they never came! What a disappointment!

Can’t see my dog on the socks- have emailed with no replies! Terrible customer service! Really disappointed in the socks and the customer service.

Love these socks came out clear and exactly as advertised. Give yourself a pat on the back Pupsocks excellent product. Very satisfied!!
