Never leave poor reviews but… the customer service really needs to be better. My order included the wrong socks, someone else’s dog. I followed the instructions to upload pic and still not able to connect with anyone regarding how to correct. The blanket was fine and I liked it a lot. But still have not resolved the socks after many attempts.

My daughter loved her PupSocks that she received at Christmas. Both of her pups pictures were expertly trimmed so it made her socks look awesome.

Didn't arrive twice. Tracking code sent for Canada Post wasn't consistent with Canada Post tracking numbers. No notification card left saying Canada Post had been with a package as per standard practice. I call male cow poo on this scam company.

They came 3 days after christmas (ordered Dec 12.) The print quality was horrible. They didn't fit even though the size should have been up to 13. Complete waste of almost $40. Never again.

I was so excited to receive these socks for my dad. The pictures for the cat came out beautifully, but the pictures for the dog came out a little dark. My main issue is that the socks are a weird material. They’re shaped like socks but the material looks like they’re made out of ties and feel like cardboard. I looked online and the socks online are clearly thick and ribbed at the top. Mine are nothing like that and I’m not happy with the order.
