My wife likes her socks

On 12/10, i ordered a pair of socks and a mask for stocking stuffers. The website said shipping in 3-5 days. I was leaving on 12/23 and kept trying to get an update on my order. No one answered live chats or emails. The tracking only said 'in production.' I left for vacation on 12/23 without these gifts. According to USPS informed delivery, they were delivered on 12/24. In addition to not being able to give these gifts on Christmas, I had to pay another $5 to ship them to the recipients after the holiday. I feel totally ripped off and will be very cautious when/if I ever order again from an internet company I've never heard of.

I am very happy with the two pairs of socks and mask that I purchased which were Christmas gifts for the family. The socks are excellent quality and while the mask is a bit small for my husband, it is a good fit for our daughter.

When I say the ad for these pup socks on Facebook, I was excited to give my sister a "fun' gift. I ordered the socks in late November and on December 6th of 2021, I received a notification that they were on their way. The tracking did not work. I received them on Tuesday, December 28th. The picture I sent was of a black cat with a bell collar..I asked them to crop it, so the bell is visible, they did that, but the sock quality is very poor. They aren't soft and the picture quality isn't great. I just would not order these again..

Great gift idea for a pet parent

Ordered in November of 2021. Paid in November 2021. Contacted your company numerous times with NO response at all. It is now January of 2022 and I still have not received my order. ABSOLUTELY THE MOST HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! If I could leave negative stars I would.

Took my money, never sent any product, ghosted me when I asked for an update on order/refund.
