Terrible. You’re asking about a review and I still haven’t received my order after 3 1/2 weeks and holidays are past. I’ve emailed multiple times with no response . Never again am I ordering from your company and I will be sure to spread the word.

Prints turned out really dark on one pair. Quality wasn’t there for the price tag in my opinion. Love the concept though.

Not happy with the quality of socks, picture or delivery time, especially for the price. Cute idea but poor execution.

Placed an order December 2 and still have not received my product or heard back from customer service. Hard to believe this is a legitimate company after spending over $60 on two pairs of custom socks and the "tracking link" I received is a dead link to nowhere. DO NOT waste your money on their products - try a more reputable site instead.

Even though I received word that the socks shipped on 12/19/2021, they did not arrive until today, 1/2/2022. That’s ok because they are a birthday present for a friend in February. They look great! Colors are vibrant and Taz looks so cute in them! Thank you.

It reached out several times to try to get assistance and no one responded. I bought it as a gift to a friend and, 1. It was sent with my name on it, 2. It was sent with pricing information which I feel is a tacky. I hated that I did not get to see proof of the socks before they got sent. The looked nothing like the image I requested photo abd the socks looked cheaper then depicted in photos.

I wished I’d checked out the negative reviews before ordering. This is apparently a terrible company. My experience: Horrible customer service. No way to contact Pup Socks. Promised delivery by Christmas. Sent an update email on Dec 19 with a UPS tracking number. A week later the tracking number was still never updated to show the package was even picked up. When the socks finally arrived after Christmas they were made of a really cheap material. Shop anywhere but Pup Socks!
