I received the socks and there was a snag in the sewing. They are also very tight - and I ordered my normal shoe size.

The socks turned out great - my kids loved them (they were Christmas presents of their dogs). Would highly recommend!

Poor response rate from customer service, never got the socks and they tried to refund the money less deigned cost. Would it order from them again.

The idea is really cool and the picture is pretty clear, but the sick itself is not sock-shaped. It's more like a tube and gathers at the front of your foot where you bend. It's not comfortable to wear.

I uploaded 2 perfectly lightened-up photos. I received one pair that literally looks like a blacked out face of my pup. My question is do the packaging team not even consider the overall finished products before shipping them? Also I ordered my socks 2 weeks before Christmas and they came in after. Waste of my business for sure. And if management is reading this, please do refund me. I am more than happy to send these awful products back for my money back.

Will NEVER order from this company again. Still waiting for my order that should have come over a week ago. No response from anyone why my order is still not delivered and it was promised before Christmas. Think twice before ordering from them.

I ordered socks for a friend who was in the hospital at the end of November. On December 9 I received an email saying my order was shipping, however, the tracking has never shown any updates and the socks have never delivered. I’ve asked for an update on my order 3 or 4 times since around Christmas. I know the holiday season is busy, but we’re going on nearly a month since Pupsocks told me the order was shipping. I’m really disappointed with the whole experience…and still don’t have the socks for my sick friend!
