We asked if they could include the hair around the dogs face and they did not.

I tried to order socks from PupSocks.com and the order just sits in shipping. When I inquired about the socks, that cost $36.27, I was given the run around and was asked for my credit card number that they had no record of to refund me. The person that answered the number sounded like they still had a hangover from NYE. I just want the socks I ordered on December 10th, 2021, that said they were complete on December 18th, 2021 and were never shipped. I have tried to contact PupSocks through their website and all I get are generic emails back. I would not recommend them to anyone.

How do I get my money back. What are these socks made from … they are not a wearable sock.

The printing of the dog was fantastic but the actual socks are awful. They are basically a tube with no foot shape. There is no heel, so the socks don’t fit on actual feet. It bunches up on the front of the ankle to make up for the lack of heel. It’s just really disappointing because I don’t think the recipient of the gift will ever actually wear them.

The photos on the socks turned out great. However, the socks are not regular sized socks for woman. They are more of a unisex size. Wish they fit like a true woman's sock.

Took wayyyyyy longer than stated.

Very pleased with the socks I ordered! My husband did not realize it was a picture of his own sweet elderly lab on his socks when he opened them and tossed them aside. When I pointed out that it was his own dog he absolutely loved them!

Hubby loves his socks!
