Received my order (2 pairs of socks). The problem being that 1 pair was not mine. Still waiting to hear back from them.

The product itself is visually as advertised. The socks I ordered looked good. While they are not very high quality socks, they are not terrible. I would say they are just good enough. The reason for only 2 stars here is because as a company they don't seem to know what's going on. They claimed that that the production time would take 5-7 business days, but my experience was it took 25 business before the ordered was shipped. Every time I spoke with support (a very nice person who was trying to help) they seemed to have no idea when the product would ship. I was repeatedly told my order would ship within a few more days. In the end I'm happy enough with the product as a one-time gift but I would never buy from this company again.

Not only was this a Christmas gift purchased in November that didn’t arrive until well after the holiday, but this company also lazily cropped my dog’s face in half. I can’t believe the designer who looked at my dog’s photo thought this was an acceptable product. I’ve been contacting customer service for days, and noting. They promise reprints and refunds for faulty socks but you will never hear from this company.

Beyond my expectations! Thank you. Cozy, and the pictures are so fun of my dog! Highly recommend.

my blanket turned out great. i only have 2 small issues. i wish i had been sent a preview of the blanket to approve before it was created. and the shipping took awhile... not much i can do there.

Not soft. Very stiff material. Doesn't fit on foot well at all. I believe they changed the material because my older Pup Socks were much softer and fit much better. Never again.

The socks look great but they don't fit. The straight cut leaves no room for one's heels and the socks bunch up.
