Late and bad quality for the price

I ordered this blanket for my son and his girlfriend as a Christmas gift. I was thrilled with the quality of the blanket and the faces of their two pups! I can not wait to see them in January and give them the blanket! I know they will love it. I plan to order more blankets for friends and family!!!!

The blanket is nice, my only issue is how long it took. Ordered Dec 12th, "scheduled " for shipment on 27th and did not arrive until today ,Jan 3rd.

Amazingly disappointed with this product. The socks themselves were of poor quality - not stretchy or comfortable at all. Just low quality tube socks made in China ( printed on the product packaging). Besides the quality, the photos were all dark on the sock. Not worth the money at all. Would NOT recommend. Wish I had my money back.

Bought socks as gifts and they were a hit!

horrible experience. 1) Ordered two weeks before XMAS in hopes to get in time for XMAS. I'm in GA as well so i figured two weeks was enough. But NO, it did not come until December 26th. 2) Wrong items was sent to me. Wrong Dog and color and overall order number. I uploaded a german shapard on red socks. I got some cats and a "Best Dad" sock. Wrong item shipped. 3) i reached out to these guys two times with no response. horrible customer service. I wish i read the reviews before i ordered. 4) i recommend you contact the better business burau and your credit card company when this terrible company screws you.

When my order FINALLY arrived, I received 3 pairs of socks. 2 pairs had my dogs face, the third had someone else’s dog. I’ve sent multiple emails to the company about this issue over the last week and have yet to get a response. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. I have ordered from this company numerous times but this is very disappointing customer service to say the least.

I absolutely love the blankets I received from Pupsocks! The quality is beautiful and the photo of my dog on the blanket is perfectly clear. The only down side of the experience is that they took a long time to ship, but it was the holiday season, so I understand the delay. Otherwise, I will order from them again!
