I was very disappointed that my socks didn't arrive until well after Christmas. I made sure that I ordered by Dec 10th, to get holiday delivery without additional fees. I also requested a change in color immediately after placing my order and yet I still received the original order and no change was made. I reached out to customer service and never heard back. I completely understand the holiday demand, but there are minimal expectations that I didn't feel were met.

I still haven't gotten my order and its been a month. I wrote in to the customer service and still haven't heard back.

Loved the socks, such a great gift!

I though the quality of the socks would better. The material was a little thin for my liking.

The socks are cute, but the delivery was late. I bought the socks two weeks before Christmas , as a Christmas gift with the shipping order still saying there will be plenty of time for on time arrival. I got a message saying they had shipped then I looked back again a couple days later and they were stuck in ATL with a 5 day delay, still time to get there on Christmas. The day before Christmas I received notification that the socks would arrive Dec. 29th and At that point it didn’t matter when they arrived. The socks are fine, but it’s the experience of being there when the gift is opened. If I’d known, I would have expedited them to get there on time.

I submitted a request for refund because I paid for Christmas delivery and the products arrived 12/29/21 (well after Christmas) the items also have very dark images on them so not as good as other socks I have ordered in the past.

Terrible customer service. Had to wait more than 3 weeks for delivery. They put the wrong pet on my socks. Wrote 3 emails over the course of 2 weeks, no response. They have gotten rid of their telephone help like. While a great idea, the socks themselves feel like polyester and are not comfortable. Many other places offer this custom printing service. Do yourselves a favor and don't waste your money.

The blanket was beautiful and soft, the socks were made from weird material but they still look great. My boyfriend loved them both
