Got these as a gift for my grandfather with his cats' faces on them. Big hit! Everyone loves them!

When placing the order, they stated I will receive the product in 8-10 business days. It didn’t ship until the 10th business day, making it arrive late for Christmas. Of course one could be understanding about that but the lack of response to my inquiry is unacceptable. They completely ignored my email inquiry despite the auto-reply promising contact. To err is forgivable, to ignore a customer that spent $60 on 2 pairs of socks is not. They have it in them to send me tons of advertising email but not in them to respond to me when I have an issue.

I got my mom a pair of socks and blanket for Christmas, each item had three of her beloved dogs' faces on it. She LOVED them! Everything came out perfectly and even in time for Christmas even though I didn't even place the order until December 16th. Thank you so much PupSocks, and I will be returning for more gifts in the future :)

Perfect impression, perfect size, perfect confort!

I received the wrong product. I ordered socks with my dogs picture on them I received a different colour than I ordered with an unknown dog. I have attempted to contact PupSocks through every possible way available on their website and they have not responded. Several of my emails have been returned as non deliverable. I have received several automated responses but nothing else. There are other companies that make the same product as PupSocks, I suggest you try them. I will never use this company again.

Love the product, only wish the shipping company had done their part (NOT a negative reflection to this company or its product!)

Unfortunately, I was disappointed in these socks. I have a black dog and the image was just a black blob on the socks. My husband still liked them, but for the cost, I'll think twice before ordering again. I hope that in the future, PupSocks will improve their technology so that when an image is too dark, they'll let the customer know before ordering.

Still have not received my order, placed over 4 weeks ago. Can't really review the product yet, but they sent me an email to add my review. My socks are sitting in "shipping land" now. Everyday for the last two weeks the delivery day gets updated to "today". The funny part is that after I placed my order I recieved daily emails about "still time to order before Xmas"...yeah..its January 4th now.
