GoPupSocksReviews of gopupsocks.com

The socks look awesome!! So cute. They cropped the head perfectly and it came out well visually. I should've looked into the other details though as it's a very strange material- not the coziest. It also took longer than expected to arrive, though that's understandable around Christmas.

I ordered 3 pair of socks with my pups face and received 2 pair with my pup face and one pair with a cat face. I don’t like cats. I don’t have cats. Not sure why I got a sock with a cat face. I’ve been trying to reach customer service and no response. I have emailed two separate times and two separate email addresses. Wish they would respond. These were Xmas gifts and one was ruined since I am missing a pair.

I ordered two pairs of socks on Black Friday for two little girls for Christmas. I did not receive them until December 29. The week before Christmas I reached out to PUP socks and never received a response. I emailed them two times and sent a DM on Instagram. The “response” I received was to get a notification that my item was shipped. However, while watching the tracking, it never actually reached the shipper for another five days. I was not able to get updates on where it was after that. They did not arrive until December 29th. They were supposed to be kid sizes and were huge. Do not waste your money. I never will again.

Horrid quality. Barely visible picture.

The printed image ended up coming out too dark. Can barely see the detail of the dogs face. Socks are of great quality material however.

My son loved his socks! They are so cute and he loves to wear them with his slides.

I ordered the socks for my wife, and she loved them. The two-year old Golden Retriever has been a handful since we got her, and we've had a real love/not so much love relationship with her, but she has more good days than bad now. (The "pandemic" ruined proper socialization.) The pictures on the socks are of our girl Higgins being cute, and they remind us of what we know she will become.

This company has ZERO customer service. There is no phone number listed, so I emailed multiple times. Three weeks later no product and no return email. Crickets…Oh, except for all of the marketing emails! Do NOT use this company!
