Project looked fantastic and my brother loved it.

Horrible product and no reply from customer service. Do not buy from this company! Dog image came back as a blackened silhouette - nothing like advertised. The sock itself was a weird nylon material - also not as advertised. No response from customer service after I reached out and it’s been a week. Will never use this company again

I paid extra for the Christmas Guarantee. They did not arrive by Christmas. When they turned up 5 days later they were the wrong socks. Not our dog. Plus they looked cheap. I reached out to ‘Customer Service’. It’s been 5 more days. I have not even received the courtesy of a response. Donate your money instead. It will be better spent.

Despite ordering in December 6th, my order took 23 days to fulfill. The socks came with a picture printed so dark that I could barely tell it was my dogs picture. Customer service has yet to respond to any inquiries.

Haven't received the socks I ordered 12/15/2021. The tracking information I was sent shows no progress. UPS says they haven't received, and Pup Socks hasn't responded to my inquiry. Really sucky service for an expensive pair of socks.

The photo was not what I uploaded and look just like any dog of this breed. The fabric of the sock is terrible! Will never buy again! Over priced for a bad product

I purchased a blanket as a gift for my mother in law with her two dogs faces on it, and I was very happy with my purchase! The pictures of their faces turned out perfect and the material of the blanket was very soft! Would recommend!!

Pretty fast turnaround. Great job on printing a clear, bright picture on some high quality socks.
