I ordered 8 pairs of socks for Christmas gifts in late November and did not receive them until December 31, long after everyone left from the holidays. I reached out to the customer service department twice and didn't receive a response until after Christmas. I couldn't even tell which socks were for who when they arrived because all of the cats looked the same, poor printing. Will never order from them again.

I ordered socks with my dog on them but received socks with somebody else’s cats on them. I emailed the company, messaged them on Facebook, and submitted a form through their website. Everything says they’ll respond within 24-72 hours but it’s been over a week and I haven’t heard back from them in any way. So they messed up my order and I can’t even get a hold of anybody to fix it. Horrible company and non existent customer service (they don’t even have a phone number to call).

Product arrived 10 days late. Company ignored 5 emails. Poor business and their blankets are low quality. Save your money.

Order was placed on Dec 6 in time for Christmas delivery. I emailed twice with no response. Socks finally arrived on Dec 31st too. Will not order from here again.

Wrong socks sent and not even my dog. Daughter order for me for Christmas and has been very disappointed. The lack or response to the site has been discouraging as well. Wondering if this has all just been a complete scam as there is no number to contact and its been over a week and no reply from customer service emails. I got my wife a pair of these for christmas. They are great as kind of a gag gift, but pretty terrible as socks (basically unwearable). Also it would have been nice to be able to proof the design and choose the background pattern
