Adorable!! My baby’s face looks fantastic on the socks !! I love them!

They delivered socks with the wrong dog face on them and I emailed haven’t received an email back has been 4 days

I am so unhappy with my experience with this company. When ordering I couldn’t select expedited shipping so it came after Christmas. When I received my blankets the picture on it was horrible. My dog was really dark so it just looks like a burnt pancake. You can’t even make out her features. It would have been nice if someone had contacted me to let me know the picture wasn’t going to work well. I could’ve submitted a different one or adjusted the contrast on the picture. When I tried contacting you to resolve the issue all my email bounced back to me. At this point I’d rather have all my money refunded and go with a more reputable company. Now I get an email for a review. I wish I had researched you more before getting my hopes up over what should’ve been a beautiful gift to my daughter as a memorial for our dog that passed in June. For some people this is ok because it’s a funny gift for pets still in the present. For others this is used as a memorial for lost loved pets and that is the most disheartening of all and broke my heart to not have what I expected. I would give zero stars if possible.

The quality of the socks was not great, not sure what kind of material they are made of but not what is expected of socks.

No complaints - everything was just OK from start to finish.

I ordered on Dec 10. Received an email saying to expect my socks in 8-10 days. Received an email on Dec 21st my order shipped. Never received my socks, tracking says " shipment ready for usps" . Emailed customer service through gmail, through their website and sent message on Facebook and never received a response. This is a complete scam!

The photo I sent in was brighter and they darkened it so much I could barely see it was my dog. Probably gonna try out Walmart next time. I liked the watermelon background however was just really dissatisfied with the picture.

I ordered 5 masks and one pair of socks for Christmas presents on Nov. 26th. My credit card was charged for the entire order and I received the 5 masks on Dec. 17th. I emailed the next day Dec. 18 saying the order was missing the socks and still have not received any reply from the company, other than a bounce back that it would take them 3 days to get back to me. It's now been over 2 weeks and they haven't replied. The tracking number is no good any more as it shows that the order was delivered and I didn't receive a separate tracking number for the socks. I would advise all to stay away from this company as they are either inefficient or crooks.
