GoPupSocksReviews of gopupsocks.com

This was my third order from PupSocks and always very happy with the end result. This order was a gift for the owners of my gym and they were thrilled with it. Only issue this go-round was shipping time. Order confirmation said estimated 3-5 days to ship and it was more like 7-10 days and two full weeks to receive the actual order. It was during holidays and Covid so I am sure that had something to do with it. Overall, highly recommend their product.

This company is a scam. Never received socks...claimed shipped via email..and I called the number below and claim socks no longer available and only way to get refund is to fill out a form ****SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE

The picture quality is spot on; that being said, the quality of the socks is VERY poor. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend this product.

Ordered these socks one month ago and they never arrived. The receipt said I'd receive them in 5-8 days. At the 12 day mark, I wrote to them asking for an ETA and never heard back. Instead, I get emails from them every day advertising more things. Wish they'd spend more money on taking care of the customers they already have / fulfilling their orders, than advertising, but alas.

Bought these for my Girlfriend years ago of my mom's dog when we started dating. This year I gave them to her, now my fiancé, of our dog we now have. Weirdly you can mark our relationship with pup socks in a really cute way. Awesome product.

The image was great but the material and socks themselves suck. The socks don’t even fit my foot let alone my husbands foot. I bought a Male Medium and it does not fit according to the size. The most expensive pair of socks I ever bought that are absolutely useless and can’t even be worn. The ankle and calf portion of the sock is so tight it’s hard to get your foot in at all. The worst purchase I could of made. Don’t waste your money. Cute idea, but a terrible & $h*tty product!

My experience with Pup Socks has actually been terrible but they automatically filter out reviews of less than 4 stars on their website so I have to rate them highly. The customer service phone number that is being listed in these reviews is A SCAM. DO NOT CALL!!!! They will ask you to download a program onto your computer to "process the refund". When I questioned the legitimacy of this, the person hung up. With regard to Pup Socks, I placed an order for socks in November as a Christmas gift. They arrived 3 days before Christmas and were completely unwearable. The sock part is too big and the leg part is too narrow and there is zero elasticity to the sock. I've emailed three times to try to resolve this with no response and there is no phone number to reach a person. I've resorted to filing a claim with the BBB to try to resolve this.

Ordered a blanket for my daughter and it turned out great!
