Not impressed. I had a Christmas guarantee for shipping and the item came well after Christmas. The design of my dogs face was very dark on the socks and the sock material is not one that anyone would actually want to wear.

I ordered on Dec. 8 and it is January 4 and still have not received my items. I am extremely disappointed in the non delivery of these items, as I had planned on giving them as Christmas presents. When the order was placed (well in advance of Christmas), I was never given an update on my order; no email stating that my items may be delayed due to the holiday season, no explanation, no rushed shipping to rectify the situation, nothing. And here we are, almost a month to the day I placed my order and it has yet to be delivered.

Received the wrong order. Messages to customer service have not been responded to. Quality of the socks I did receive (with the wrong picture on them) was poor.

I ordered my PupSocks, uploaded my dogs picture, paid with credit card. When the package finally arrived, I opened it up, and saw that the socks were not imprinted with my dog's pic. The pic used was either a stock photo or someone else's photo. I emailed PupSocks two days ago, but have not received a response yet. Hopefully, PupSocks will redo my order.

Got a pair of these for the wife. Turned out awesome, great quality with the photo of our dog added. It pretty much exceeded my expectations

I’m still waiting on my package!! I reached out to customer service and received an automated response… still nothing. Crickets

1 Star only because 0 isn’t an option. I reached out to this company several times during the shipping time of nearly a month. I’ve yet to hear a response. They now say my items have been delivered and I’ve not seen anything. I’ve now got to start all over again trying to get someone to provide some type of customer service. If my friend wasn’t so excited about the socks, I wouldn’t even bother with this company.

Well, the socks I ordered December 12 still haven't arrived, or even been shipped and customer service doesn't respond to emails. Do NOT order from this company.
