The socks and mask were great. Exactly what I wanted and they got a lot of compliments.

I paid extra for delivered by Christmas. It wasn't even close. I received the shipment on 1/3/22. I wrote the company regarding my order and about payng extra. I never heard back. When I received the socks they were much larger than the size suggests. Perhaps they just run big. Either way, I was not happy with the experience and will not order from the company again. I am only glad that some of the money went to help animals.

Very disappointed in the blanket. It was suppose to be a picture of my dog and all I got was a big black blotch on a blanket. I wish I could share the picture of the product they wasted money to ship! I emailed the company as soon as I saw the blanket and all I have gotten back was an auto response email telling me how busy they are currently.

I have not received the item and have been unable to talk to anyone despite attempting to chat with your company. I ordered the item almost a month ago. Very very dissatisfied!

Sent the wrong socks. I ordered two pairs, one was correct, and one was a very different pair than the ones I ordered.

Ordered my socks December 14th for a Christmas present. Today is January 4th and I still haven’t received them. I have reached out to customer service by email to see if I could get a refund or even have them mail me a new pair of socks since it seems they have been lost in the mail…have not received any response. there is no phone number to try to contact customer service about this problem either. Really disappointed.. I paid 30$ for a pair of custom socks just to never receive them.

The socks are GREAT. They were a gift for my mother-in-law who LOVES her kitty. My mother-in-law is older, but giggled like a young girl when she opened the box. The fact that the socks are very well-made and feel silky is a real plus. It was her favorite Christmas gift.
