The product looks nice but the amount of time we had to wait for it to come in was way too long and it wasn’t received until after Christmas even though it was ordered in more than enough time. When I contacted to inquire, I was not contacted back until January!

I have not received my socks yet and I have reached out to the company but have not received any response.

Oh my goodness, these blankets are soooo soft!! Very nice quality! Took a little longer than I expected, but honestly, worth the wait…next time I’ll just order earlier :)

Extremely disappointed. Won't ever purchase again. I was very excited about this really fun idea. I purchased my socks on December 14th with the thought, based upon the website's description of deliver, that they would arrive before Christmas. They arrived yesterday, January 4th. Late delivery I could have overlooked. However, the picture on the socks looks like a black blob, the details of the picture have been totally lost so much so that you have to study it to even know that it is a dog. I am extremely disappointed and will never purchase again. I will be requesting a refund.

I'm super disappointed. The picture of my dog is adorable but the sock itself is cheap and uncomfortable. I have seen other companies create a similar item with a soft, nice looking sock. This one is barely recognizable as a sock... it's a giant tube of weird "fabric."

I just got the socks today, I absolutely love them. However the customer service is terrible. I placed my order early in December and I just received them today. They were supposed to be a Christmas gift. I understand that the mail around the holidays is bad, but I reached out via email, by the instant messaging on your website, on Instagram and on Facebook and I have not gotten a response from anyone there. There is no phone number that I can find anywhere to contact you. I honestly don’t think that I would order again unless it didn’t matter how long it took for me to get them.

I ordered two pairs of socks 1 month ago and they still haven’t arrived. I live in a major city in Canada, not the North Pole. Also, since ordering from Pupsocks my email inbox has been flooded with spam and phishing emails. Pupsocks was the only new company I purchased from in the past few months. This will be the last time I ever order something from an Instagram ad.
