No one should use Way 2 Go cards. This is the worst company that I’ve ever known. They have taken way over $6,000 of child support money from my account and they have allowed someone to attach a online account to my account still to this day July 19, 2026 I still have not received my money and I’ve been working on this since March 30, 2026 but I have not given up. I’ve had to get fill out police reports detective reports and now I’m with Comsumer Financial Protection Bureau and it looks like they will get something done if you have this card with Way 2 Go,Please stop using it try to have your deposit go directed to your banking account if not, you’ll get in a bad situation and they will Not try and help you retrieve your funds, I’m praying that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau go through that company with a fine tooth comb and make them pay back all the money that they have scammed people out of if you have had money taken from you still don’t give up go online and find and file your claims this has been the best route to take because after I filed my complaint Comrica Bank called me,This is business is unacceptable, I try so hard to communicate with the Way 2 Go customer service , they treated me like I was the thief, why in the hell would I steal my own money? It just doesn’t make sense, it’s almost like they’re covering for thieves, since March 2026 -July 2026 Has put my family in a hardship, not to mention the mental state that I am in an not to mention the information of mine that they have sent out to the scammers at different addresses, i’m expecting a phone call from them on July 20, 2026 and if this matter is not corrected of all my funds returned I would file another complaint until I’m satisfied.

Zero rating. I was issued a new card. This card has my retirement on it. I activated the card. My deposit on card made 6/30/26. Tried to use at 3 stores. It declined at all. Did not get an alive person at customer service. Thought maybe is was damaged. Selected an option to get another card. They charged $5 for new card. Got new card an activated. It took 7 days to get. Tried to use again at 3 stores declined at all. Finally talked to a person. I have called maybe 5 times. They all told me different options to do. I was to try transfer money from app to my bank. Get a cash advance from bank. Go to ATM or Walmart. All of the above options DECLINED. I went to bank twice. Didn’t work either time. I had couple nice people and couple rude people. The only time it worked was to order something online. I need my money. I am 73 years old. This has been awful. I cannot go in person to anywhere to use my card because it declined. CANNOT. Get medicine, groceries, gas or go out to eat. IT IS REJECTED EVERYWHERE. To go out you pay with cash or a card . I cannot do either. So my money is sitting there. They said they couldn’t do anything. The businesses using these people are not doing their job to serve the people. This has been FRUSTRATING. They have held my money hostage.

F this company they steal funds from your kids money was taken off my card and the money in my account they said my kids will never get thata bs I hope this entity is sued

Im shocked states would continue to support this company. Its customer service is out of the US and it constantly glitches. So all your information is in another country not very secure and it constantly glitches. Just use direct deposit. And you won't have to wait 5 days for a direct deposit because there's a holiday on Friday. They tell you they dont hold money but thats a lie. Its 48 hr period once payment is made. Do direct deposit! This way2go company is scammy not sure how anyone would trust giving them information. Noone would voluntarily sign up with this company. Worst people to deal with idk how this company is in business lazy people

App keeps failing to load account. Website continually reloads login screen. Phone system keeps hanging up. No way to contact a human being. State of Oklahoma should be ashamed of themselves for partnering with such a horrible company for tax refund purposes. Garbage.

I would give zero if I could . I’ve lived in Australia now for 12 years and have been receiving money from child support. App doesn’t work in Australia . Can’t withdrawal funds in Australia . Can’t go to the store . Can’t get food . Got another card still the same crap . Customer service is somewhat ok if they want to help you but usually they can’t and no idea on how Australia works for this card. I’ve called over 150 times over the years and still the worst card ever. I’ve paid for multiple new cards just to see if they can work and most times they don’t. I have to call the USA for a balance as their app doesn’t work in this country. If you can avoid this card and deposit into your bank it’s better. But they will deny those funds being transferred if you live overseas. The card is a straight scam !
