There is no customer service either online or by phone. they are unresponsive and don't care. card rarely works and outages and decline when balance is more than enough to cover charges happens all the time. They are horrible and every state or organization using them should be embarrassed and ashamed.

I can never get on to the web page and the number they give customers to call is also useless. I forgot my pin # so they gave me the steps to set a new one but you have to go on line. Did I not just tell them I cant access their page. Last year I struggled with a fraud case with this account. somebody hacked my card and stole a couple thousand from me. I fought them for months trying to recover my money and I only received half of what was taken from me. This program really needs to be evaluated by the FDIC

My card has been locked for no reason restricting me from accessing any funds. When calling customer service the woman desensitized her feelings as much as possible refused to let me speak with a supervisor and also refused to let me explain why what card was doing on my end. This is the most unprofessional and inconveniencing company ever.

The card usually does NOT work. I use the correct pin and it does not work. Now when I try to access the website, it DOES NOT WORK. The website just keeps cycling back to the login page. The people involved in this pile of garbage should be held accountable.

Absolute garbage of a website. Nothing works correctly. R3set password goes all the way to end then fails. Tey to screen shot it so you can show it and privacy won't let you. Call them and they cant do anything. Someone will call you back today tomorrow or in 10 days. Absolute waste of tax payers money.

ThE absolute worst card I've ever owned. There are so many limits on how to obtain YOUR money especially online. Catch up with the times and add more features for online use. Going in store and to ATMs is so inconvenient DUH. Customer service can't help. All they ever tell me is well "You can't use it here or there". Well where can I use it ? Sheesh

DO NOT USE THIS it should be illegal. I had to get a new card because they had my address wrong and I had to wait over a week to verify my identity and do so over email even after giving them all my information because “my phone number was just added” well duh that’s how setting up an account works but sure I’ll send my id over email. Finally got the card and the app doesn’t work nor does the website and I cannot get ahold of a person I finally did and now I am on hold again and do not see an end in site.

This is the WORST EVER website I have ever tried to use!! For this being a government website it works like a 2nd grader created it. You can’t use the login without issues, you never get an email so you can change your password, the system doesn’t recognize your card information most of the time and then after three attempts you get locked out until the next day. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Whoever the IT people are that created this website need to be terminated or at the least laid off so they have to use the site for at least 3 months!! I bet they would reprogram it and make it work properly. Better yet, make them use it to retrieve their paychecks for about three months. So disappointed in the website and the horrible customer service.
