I want to let you know that I did receive a bank statement. I called the card and followed the prompts however I did nothing. When it said to put in your social you put all (((zeros))). I did get to speak with someone. Got my statement within 5 days. I was so thankful. It was for housing, so Thank You to the person I spoke to and sent me my statement.

1 DAY LATER: Way2Go reached out and assisted me. So I appreciate the customer service of the second person, but there should be automated systems in place - that work. Updated to "two" stars. It wasn't always this bad! The website and customer service numbers are jokes. I haven't received child support in a number of months, and have misplaced some of those documents. Used to be able to change the pin using customer service or request 'user id' using the website. Now - nothing. I was able to reach someone by doing the 000-00-0000 method for your SSN, only to give a LIVE PERSON my SSN, bday, etc. and to have them turn around and tell me there's nothing they can do. WHAT??!! If my credit wasn't frozen, I'd really be concerned... The whole thing feels fraudulent. I asked the lady to put in a ticket, so we'll see what comes of that.

This is the WORST program and there service is shitty, they will lock your account for no reason And say They're having issues with the system.Those are lies.This happens every couple of months to my account and the Customer service people are so rude They should not. Be in charge of government funds being deposited. Child support Milwaukee.Wisconsin needs to go with a different company.This is terrible And your On HOLD waiting for somebody to answer for 30 to 45 minutes Every time I call their customer service For anything those people need to be fired. EPPICARD Was top tear never any ISSUE I pray everyday they go back That company.
