Terrible company
Terrible company. Shippe the wrong item completely and when I asked to get the right one they put it on hold for "copyright reasons" I did the art myself and they need (Commercial prood) so I cant just send them the art. they have already produced about 8 of these exact products for me but now they wont do it because its a reprint. i have asked for the manufacturer but gooten wont give it to me because they know they are a P.O.S. company that deserves to be bankrupt. and would lose all their customers because they are terrible. I have had so many problems with them. Just find another site if you can. They do not treat their customers well and DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. This company makes me so mad i had to share this.

DO NOT USE THEM
I use this for my Etsy shop and they have put my business in a very awkward position with my clients. I have had to give so many refunds because I cannot solve any issues since their customer service is nonexistent as others have said. They mark my orders as shipped and then they get stuck on pre-transit" for weeks! Basically, UPS never receives them (have checked with them) and Gooten just creates the label. My items seem to be lost, my customers annoyed, I am losing money by giving all these refunds and I get no response or no resolve from Gooten. And if they ever respond, how useful will it be if it takes a month? I've already lost my client, money and shop rep! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

These intense processes are how we maintain an overall low product issue rate. We are disappointed to hear your experience has been negative. Our customer support is available Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM EST with an SLA of 72 business hours. That given time frame is when we can guarantee our support team is able to get back to our partners. As far as shipping and production we keep updated times for these on our site which you can reference as needed. Do Not Use
I will give 0 star if I can. This is outrageous! One of my family members ordered an item from my store. It came in 17 days later with a very cheap quality and misprinted item, nothing like the mockup on the website. Completely unacceptable printing quality. I have two other customers ordered the same item that can not be canceled now because there's no service. I am very worried about the reputation of my shop at this point. To save you some embarrassment, do not trust this company!

Excellent customer service and great prices
I've been using gooten for almost 3 years and I'm really satisfied with the quality and variety of products but what makes me stay is their excellent customer service. Yes, you can have problems with orders that printed badly or they sent the wrong design (as with all dropshippers) but this is very very rare with them and they always solve it. They send reprints fast if you show proof of the problem so I don't have to worry. There are some products that are too expensive and I think they should find other partners since you can't compete in price but for popular products like mugs, shirts, or pillows they have the best prices. The etsy integration gave me a few problems in the past but now works well so overall I still think they are the best dropshipping option out there.

I ordered ornaments from Gooten and…
I ordered ornaments from Gooten and while it took quite a while to get here...they are fabulous! Much better quality and craftsmanship than I expected and immediately ordered many more for my business.

I haven’t had good luck with Gooten…
I haven’t had good luck with Gooten yet. I do really like their user friendly app and the fact that it synchronizes to two stores. I can’t get them to answer any of the requests I have made. No refunds have been issued for products that were made bad-low quality t-shirts that are the wrong size. Now, after making all the products and selling them I had to deactivate them from my listings. I’ve had 3-4 very angry customers and it is very embarrassing. I think it will ruin my shop ratings.

Gooten makes selling canvas very easy and profitable
I use Gooten for canvas frames on three different stores. They have the best pricing, fast shipping and the quality is top notch.
