Overall, I’ve had a positive experience with Gooten. The platform is easy to navigate, and once my products are set up and connected, managing them and sending orders to production is straightforward. Most importantly, I’ve been very happy with the quality of the sample products I’ve received. The finished products have looked great, which gives me confidence offering them to my own customers. The biggest area I’d like to see improved is customer support. Support is handled through email rather than live chat, and response times can sometimes be longer than I’d like, especially when I’m dealing with an issue that is holding up an order or product setup. Having access to live-agent support, even during limited hours, would make a big difference. That said, the quality of the products and my overall experience with the platform have been very good, and I’m happy to continue using Gooten for my business.

Quality is still there, with my recent outdoor pillow sample. Shipping was too slow from time of order to eventual live shipping tracking, and tracking was confusing (possibly because I am in Canada), not the experience I had years ago, but I can attest to the fact that the print and product quality is still excellent,

Gooten got my attention because of its selection of products that other POD services do not have. It has been really easy to start my POD business with Gooten. I would like to see more mockup options and the ability to configure the pricing more easily, but overall I’m satisfied.

I like Gooten as they have a lot of premium product choices which is much better than other POD vendors. However, they don’t have mock-up generator. You can only demostrate your design flatly. Otherwise you need to make up your own mock up which sometimes I will afraid that I have distorted the image/ the proportion because of the mock-up and it does not show the exact way the reality is, which may mislead the customers. So, if they can have mock-up generator, I will know more how exactly it look in reality and i feel more confident that I am selling something nice and customers get the same so as well.

Ordering my designs on Gooten was very easy and beneficial to my print on demand business. They have a large variety of products that I can use in my shop and make the ordering process easy. I definitely recommend them!

I am pleased with the service but I gave you a four star because I have not had many orders yet once you sent a pin up girl drawing to a customer instead of my photo. The problem was the costumer who bought it, bought it bought my photo for her son who opened the package and saw a pin up girl instead of my photo. That was very embarrassing for me and could have affected my rating.
