Still waiting for my hair!! *UPDATE*
Bad customer service. Needed these extensions for an event and ordered them 2 weeks in advance and never arrived in time. *UPDATE* GooGooHair has contacted me personally and has went above and beyond to help rectify the issue and supply me with a resolution. They explained that they are working to rectify the issue and apologised for the inconvenience. After receiving the hair, it is amazing quality and was very easy to install. I have been wearing it for around 5 days now and I have had no issues! Thanks GooGooHair x

The recent order volume is large, and our factory cannot keep up with the production, so we are unable to deliver the goods so quickly for the time being. Amazing products and quality
Amazing products and quality. My only issue was with their exchange service. I bought tape-ins that ended up being the wrong color so I had to exchange those and a sew in weft that was also the wrong color. For exchanges you have to message their customer support email, and it took forever to even get a response. We had to message back and forth before I could even get their address to send the items back to. I also had to pay $20 in shipping, which is frustrating. The packages were taking way longer than expected to reach their warehouse so I got a message back saying they will expedite the process for me. I really appreciate the customer support!! Still waiting on my new tape ins and weft lol… It’s been over two weeks… but great products!!

Love them but some are def made…
Love them but some are def made stronger than others. Haven’t the color safe shampoo to keep them from slowly fading yet but I’m gonna keep looking. I’ll def order again either way 👍

This is my second order fast shipping, hair quality is very good but i thing hair mixed with synthetic, and doesnt feel heavy ,easy to use i will keep buying thank you
