I really like the hair
I really like the hair, although it's not much. The extensions are very thin, and if you have a small head and thinning hair, you can see the clips. Nit a good look. I live the color, but I did purchase the wrong color and getting it replaced has become a a test chore. Returned the hair 3 weeks ago, still haven't received new extensions. Other than that I love this place...

Sometimes there is a need to use more packs or grams to cover your hair. We checked our emails and our customer service team have arranged the replacement. I have ordered extensions 7 days ago…
I have ordered extensions 7 days ago with 2-5 days shipping and was hoping to get them in because these are for a wedding. You see them all over tik tok and Facebook. Yet no one has reached out after on instagram dm and 2 emails later. Wish I had a product to review but I’m at this point of limbo. I’m out $200 something dollars.

Dry Brushing hair and tons of single hairs fall out each time
I had these extensions installed and within the first 3 weeks bunches of single hairs were already falling out regularly and didn’t seem to be adverse to the tape properly. Dry brushing my straight not tangled hair extensions i get a brush full of hair that’s fallen out. Also the tape is thicker than other tape in extensions I’ve use with less grams of hair per piece which means more tape I have to install for the same thickness I would have normally had. Overall I wouldn’t recommend for long term use and maybe just for an event or if you’re on a budget.

Dear Shawna, thanks for your kind review. Sorry that you are not happy with the order. Our hair extensions are all human hair. The hair extensions can't get nourishment from the scalp, so after a period of use, they will become a little dry and knotted. We recommend using conditioning oil to keep your hair soft and smooth. There are 50 grams in one pack of tape-ins so there is a need to use 3 to 4 packs if your hair is thin. We will make improvements on the product to bring better shopping experience.

Missing 2 packs
Im waiting for a email back i bought 5 packs 100 peices tptal. I got 3 out of the five so it ruins my plans till they reach out to me. Quality is fantastic!!! Length spot on issue is getting this mattervresolved intimacy fashion. In 2025 I really rely on insta t resolutions to issues and they curantly don't have that quite yet ill change my review based on response back

The quality of the hair over my last…
The quality of the hair over my last couple orders have been terrible. It is not the same quality as when I first started purchasing. Also, I was missing one strip of hair so that really annoyed me as well.

Si eres de Mexico no lo compres
Si eres de Mexico no lo compres! Por ser cabello humano proveniente de CHINA no va a poder entrar al pais a menos que des informacion extra como tu carta de situación fiscal. El envio se hace de china, no de estados unidos. A mi ya me hicieron perder dos semanas y lo que falta para que me den el reembolso :(

Goo Goo Hair does not collect these fees and they are not included in the purchase price on our website. This charge is determined by your local import taxation authority and must be paid to them in order to receive your order.

No one answers my questions
I have these hair extensions clip on and they're very good. I ordered tape in extensions for a wedding and they have not arrived. No phone number to call and no answer to my emails

They came out of the box beautiful and…
They came out of the box beautiful and the price was great, however after washing and wearing for a couple months the hair became really brittle despite my efforts

Hi Emily, thanks for your kind review. Our hair extensions are all human hair. The hair extensions don't use chemical potions to make them straightened permanently, which may damage the hair. So after the hair extensions have been used and washed, they may not be as straight as when they were first received and will show the natural texture of the hair. We recommend using conditioning oil to keep your hair soft and smooth.
