POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES
I placed an order for my family member and it NEVER arrived. Unfortunately, she needed it for an event and we had to shop at a local store. I filed a claim with paypal and found it was supposedly delivered but not to me. This seller refuses to file a claim with the shipper and has stolen my money! The person who ships the item must be the one to file a claim and it is pretty sad that this seller refuses to do so and steal my money! I would be very skeptical of this company. They do not communicate well when you have a problem and have poor business ethics/practices. Hopefully paypal helps with this but I will also attempt resolution thru my bank if need be. BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 1 week ago expecting delivery to be here by now in time for my birthday, i have sent numerous emails etc to track my order and received no response. I dont know were my order is and ive recieved no tracking email

Hi Makayla, thanks for your kind review. The shipping aging to the US on our website is two to four working days. Some orders are not shipped at weekends. We reply to emails and messages within 24 hours. Please check your junk folder and confirm if your email box is full.

I have been ordering extensions from…
I have been ordering extensions from goo goo for some time now. Recently, I wanted to try a new color. However the color did not match as I thought. So I followed the return policy by contacting them. They have been giving me the run around all week and I still have yet to get the return address. They are asking things that are not even in the return policy! This poor service has made me choose to purchase from another source.

I never received the package and didn’t…
I never received the package and didn’t get much help follow up. Company says they shipped it and nothing they can do. Aside from this my emails are left without responses.

I am absolutely furious and disappointed!
I am absolutely furious with the quality of hair I received from this company! I ordered 18-inch seamless clip-ins for my 43rd birthday trip abroad, and what I got was a complete disaster. Within just 48 hours, the hair turned into a dry, frizzy, tangled mess! I tried using oil to salvage it, and even hired a beautician while I was out of the country, but nothing worked! Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews—this hair is NOT worth your hard-earned money. It’s clear that this is not human hair! Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company. I am beyond disappointed and regret ever wasting my time and money on this garbage! I wanted to give a 0 but it’s not an option.

Hi Lexi, thanks for your kind review. Our hair extensions are all human hair. The hair extensions can't get nourishment from the scalp, so after a period of use, they will become a little dry and knotted. The hair extensions don't use chemical potions to make them straightened permanently, which may damage the hair. So after the hair extensions have been washed, they may not be as straight as when they were first received and will show the natural texture of the hair. We recommend using conditioning oil to keep your hair soft and smooth.

Avoid
Avoid! Most reviews are from promotors, do some research, wish I did! Awful hair, didn’t survive one wash. Tried to liaise with the company, just kept getting told to DEEP condition them; a message copy & pasted to each person requiring a refund. Lost out on money & hair, no chance getting a refund with this company.

Do not use if you want any hair left
The tape in extensions were good quality and easy to install. However if you want to have any hair left once you remove them, I would advise against. I used the adhesive remover for hair extensions and the glue would not come out of my hair. I ended up having to use olive oil in my hair to get the glue out and lost a lot of hair in the process. My hair is so thin now I may have to wear a wig.

Hi, thanks for your kind review. To ensure the tape doesn't come off, our tape uses super glue. When you want to remove the tape, use a professional removal product such as C22 to remove the hair where the tape comes into contact. Then wait a minute and gently remove the tape. (Don't remove the tape too hard, as you may damage your own hair.) Finally, you can wash your hair yourself to keep it clean, and then you can replace the tape with a new one.

I paid for shipping to come in 3-5…
I paid for shipping to come in 3-5 days. Now I'm told it will take 12 days which is past the date I need them for an event. Also got told they were coming from the US and they have been shipped from China. Their customer service is also trash

During Black Friday, the number of packages surged, so the logistics providers' pickup, delivery, and delivery were delayed. We have been urging the logistics providers to speed up transportation.
