I ordered once before which actually was pretty fast shipping and it wasn't too bad of hair even though it was over $100 and there was probably a little bit of fake hair in it but all in all it still was okay this time around I've ordered and I tried reaching out to customer service many many times and never can I get a reply or even a response to my email I was supposed to have my order before I left town which I'm already back from my trip that I went on and still have not received it in the shipping on it still isn't moved at all still saying that once they received date that I will get an update on it I'm very very upset with customer service they do not have a very good customer service and then the shipping is outrageously too long

I purchased hair exports an expo, and never received them. On the website it says 2-4 days shipping, however on day 5 I still hadn’t heard anything. I sent several emails and finally was told it was out of stock before I even purchased them. I never received anything from Goo Goo. Then was told I could pick out different ones. I had no choice and picked the closest color, which was brassy and all around awful! Never received anything kind of follow up until I wrote a review because everyday I have to look at these awful extensions. After I wrote the review, Goo Goo reached out and said the color is back in stock and I can return the ones I have! Unfortunately I had an expo and had to use the hair! But it was nice of them to offer that 2 months later! Now they said I can have 25% off. I depend on my hair expo to make money , I ordered in enough time so I did everything right on my end! Goo Goo Hair sold me hair they didn’t have and wasn’t even going to reach out to tell me! The customer service is less than helpful and not one bit accommodating for a mistake on their end! I would not recommend using this company!

I refuse to believe that these extensions are made with 100% real human hair. I’ll give goo goo the benefit of the doubt and say it’s maybe half synthetic half human hair. Looking at my extensions after the first wash.. there are so many different textures and curl patterns in different strands of hair. Not to mention they feel absolutely TERRIBLE. So dry, frizzy and brittle even after oiling and conditioning. Overall my hair looks so trashy and unkept with these in after only one wash. I wouldn’t consider buying from this brand.

I ordered clip in hair extensions directly from their website April 24 and they have STILL not shipped my extensions to me. It’s been 2 weeks. They said they were out of stock when I sent an email asking for tracking info. I would have bought elsewhere if I had known it would be 2+ weeks for them to even SHIP my hair. It’s been 2 weeks since I placed my order and they haven’t shipped my package. I’m super disappointed that they aren’t honest on their website when they’re out of stock. Stressful as I have no extensions atm and I’m supposed to model in a photoshoot this weekend which I will have to cancel and lose money on. If you’re in a pinch for time this company is not the one to deal with. Just heard back from them that my hair would take another week making it 3 weeks in total due to not having stock before being shipped. I asked for a refund. What a let down 🤦‍♀️ Horrible first time experience with them so far and no I will not be ordering from this company again solely because orders aren’t shipped out in a reasonable time frame as what states on their website (3-5 days shipping)

Hair always has a curl pattern, making it difficult to maintain as it tangles and mats easily. Also creates too much tension and remover barely works.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! If I could give this company a zero star rating I would in a heart beat. I placed my order on the 17th and still have not received my order despite their website saying 2-4 business days free shipping. On the 22nd the tracking website showed my package being in Texas (where my delivery address is) then the following day, my package was shipped back to New Jersey (where they were shipped from). My tracking number has not been updated and is still showing my package being in New Jersey. I have NO CLUE when my package will be delivered. Reaching out to customer support was absolutely NO HELP, all they could provide me with was “just keep watching the tracking number, it’s still on its way to you”. They are REFUSING to give me a refund because “the package has already been sent”. So you’re telling me, my package made it to Texas where it’s supposed to be being delivered to, then turned around and went back to New Jersey where it was shipped from and they are refusing to give me a refund? Make that make sense. This business is an absolute fraud. I am now out of $100 which I doubt I will be seeing. I will be filing a claim against this business and USPS will be reporting a claim as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY THEN MAKE EXCUSES FOR IT!!!!

I will never order from them again. My order was not on time. I emailed them. They made up excuses. If you want extensions on time for appointments or special occasions don't order from them.

Product completely different and if you want to return it you need to pay for the shipping!!!!! Don’t waist your time and money
