There's a lot to like about the process, but I would appreciate a reminder about a renewal of a 6 month prescription before it is filled and charged automatically. I received notification only after the prescription was filled and on its way in the mail. Didn't even know it was on auto-renew. Other than that, the initial process to obtain the prescription was straightforward and it arrived quickly in the mail.

You were unable to ship to my vacation home. Thus, I’m going to be short until I get back to my primary home. Yeah, I contacted you and asked for a double refill as well as giving you my forwarding address and you still couldn’t get it right.

I don't feel any real guidance is provided. Just messages back and forth.

Unclear communication and they just make decisions without making sure you’re okay with it

Considering i emailed requesting my membership to be cancelled and Im getting the run around this warrants one star.

I don't have to schedule a trip to the doctor and wait to be seen. They call and address all my questions and concerns. The are very knowledgeable about GLP's and other meds.

The entire process was easy. I had expected a cumbersome process, requiring significant paperwork. The process was the opposite, and there was great follow-up. Thank you.
