I use GoodRX for glp-1 meds
I used GoodRX for glp-1 meds. The doctors asked questions and gave me helpful advice when I needed it. I got qualty meds at best prices and I am grateful they are here. Service has been good and the site is easy to use.

horrible customer service
I checked in with a clinician last Monday and I have had issues with customer service with trying to get my prescription sent. I still have no answers as to when and if my prescription will be sent and I cannot get a clear response from anybody. i was just told there was a glitch in the system

Terrible telehealth
Had a problem where they couldn’t dispense medications. Didn’t tell me. So my GLP 1 was delayed over a month. Kept giving me the run around. Terrible company.
