Generally I am well satisfied. Renewing my GLP-1 prescription has a slightly complicated procedure but otherwise I highly recommend.

The price of my prescription nearly doubled after only a 2 month supply. You said you can’t control that but it sure seemed fishy. I really wasn’t with you long enough to give any kind of feedback but I was happy with you before the increase.

There’s one thing I have a problem with. The rewards dollars I earn are not redeemable at the pharmacies. I have not been able to redeem them once!

I get conflicting messages often. Example, yesterday I received an email that i needed to check in so i did. It was too early to check in according to the doctor that I chatted with. About an hour later, I received another email telling me that i am out of refills to contact the pharmacy.

They helped me receive my prescription Wegovy. Using the app I update an authorized health care provider on my progress and if I had side effects. I’ve lost 36 pounds since April 28th 2026. I feel amazing and I no longer have food noise and desire to overeat

Dosage error - unwilling to refund money for medication I will not use. I was sent the incorrect dosage. I tried to resolve the issue via the messaging system - which is confusing, annoyingly automated and has a rotating number of people responding to message that are not automated - before the medication was sent. Was told it was resolved, but it was not. Ended up going 3 weeks without medication because I was traveling. Have canceled my prescription subscription and will not work with GoodRX again.
