I recently had the need to contact GoodRx customer service because my prescription wasn’t able to process through CVS pharmacy. I called the number on card and was quickly connected with a LIVE person! They reviewed my information and then called CVS and reviewed their information and called me back within 10-15 minutes to discuss the results. The representative (Moses) was very polite, responsive and apologetic for the need to even have to contact them! It is now August 2020 and I have had a GOLD account with GoodRx for about 5 months now. Previously used the FREE version and was finding it to be competitive (or cheaper) than my insurance RX plan. I checked the difference between the Free version and the paid and decided I’d save $$ with the GOLD. I encourage anyone interested in saving $$ on the ridiculously priced prescriptions in this country to check out the free version first to see if they can help you too. Because I have several very pricey RX’s and additional family members, I elected to save more and subscribe to the family plan. I’m happy 😃

I have had only one issue thus far w/ a price difference. The customer service person Jessica helped me and was able to solve the issue in less than 30min.

The whole experience with GoodRx has been totally awesome so far. If it wasn't for this app I don't know what I would have done to get most of my prescriptions filled. GoodRx has certainly helped me out a lot ...and has been there when I needed helped getting my medication. I wish I could give the whole experience 10 stars.
