I called for a question about why one of my prescriptions was not accepted by goodrx GOLD and the girl helped me so much and went above and beyond to contact my pharmacy and give me a better answer on why it was not accepted. Good Rx was intro to me by a local pharmacy outlet. I downloaded the mobile app, and immediately began researching the business model and the coupons offered. Needing to take the next step in having my PCP send the Rx to the pharmacy, I desired a bit more comfort on how the process worked - so I decided to contact the customer service. Upon reaching a representative, I found her not only extremely knowledgeable on the specific meds I desire - but thoroughly explained the mobile app functionality, the pricing differences between the regular customer version and the gold version, and the cost benefits of purchasing in bulk. At the conclusion of our Q/A, I felt equipped to use the service and felt as if I spoke with a concerned friend.

Awesome experience. Amazing price savings on generic medications, especially when using the Gold card ( subscription). The saving was well beyond expectations, far exceeding my monthly fee. In addition, customer service was outstanding in resolving initial issues with my card, all done in a courteous and efficient manner.

I recently purchased the gold card, and while the pharmacist had trouble getting the card to work, I called GoodRx for customer support. After explaining the situation, they called the pharmacy on my behalf to solve the issue. Minutes later, I had my prescription and my large discount. They called me back to inform me of this, but by then I was driving home from the pharmacy with my medication. A+ for customer service!

First off, I should say that I've used GoodRx for about 6- 7 months now to get discounts on my regular medications but am new to their premium Gold service. Additionally, I've been very happy so far with the savings from the free option so my expectations were not very high that I could get much more from the app. With this, I decided to trial their GoldRx plan at first for myself to see how it went given it seemed like a good value with the extra savings. After a month, I refilled my prescriptions with a new pharmacy I found through the app that provided better discounts than my current pharmacy. To my surprise found the entire experience extremely easy to navigate and hassle-free (pharmacy received my prescription without any issues and prices/ coupons were accepted as promised). After this positive experience, I decided to add my wife to the plan at $9.99/month for her regular prescriptions as well. I used the GoodRx Gold dedicated hotline to set-up her account and to my surprise, I got a live friendly, and knowledgable support person immediately. They helped me add her to my account, confirm that her medication was covered at our new pharmacy, and even helped us to transfer her prescription, all while patiently listing and walking us through the process. The new pharmacy called to confirm and it was done! Such a great experience overall and service that went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend GoodRx in general, and GoodRx Gold to anyone. Especially to those who have regular prescription needs or just want to get away from the typical insurance medication plan insurance nonsense. These guys are great! Keep up the great work!
