Experience that I had with GoodRx was great. The problems that I had was with the pharmacy. It caused me two trips to the pharmacy basically because they didn't follow the procedures that GoodRx requires. All the mistakes we're on the pharmacy side. All information was given to them correctly but they did not follow instructions correctly.

Good Rx and HeyDr are the two best apps on my phone. I have used other tele medicine platforms with my old health insurance, but absolutely nothing compares to this platform and medical professionals that represent them. Customer care and attention is immediate and professional. I’ll not use anything but this professional and reliable company for my needs and those of my family. I recommend them with top stars!

Today I upgraded to gold and somehow unaware to me the birthday date had accidentally changed so I called while I was still at the pharmacy the representative on the phone was very helpful and patient she waited on the phone with me to make sure my experience was complete and I had no more questions or concerns, she quickly changed the error date and I was able to enjoy the great discount savings. I’m recently without health insurance and signed up after seeing the ad, figuring ‘why not?’ Well, my latest question is ‘what took me so long?’ I should have signed up months ago. They made it easy to transfer my scripts, to take advantage of their discounts, and compare pricing.

I Recently signed up with GoodRx Gold and today was my first time using it. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medications and as usual I have to paid high cost until I remember I sign up with GoodRX Gold. At the pharmacy I needed help with my details. I called GoodRX and within a second I got all I needed and what amazed me was it was Sunday and I talked to a very Knowledgeable live person. My cost after using GoodRX was amazing. You see the commercials all the time and I always thought that they were exaggerated. I was wrong. I joined and decided to try the Good RX Gold program. They gave a 30 day free trial and the cost is only $5.99 a month for an individual. It more than paid for it's self in the first time out. I literally saved $35 on 2 prescriptions. I was so pleased to pay just $7.30. It even works with insurance and if you have none it could be a huge help. In addition the customer service is spot on and very helpful on solving any glitches. Including transfering scripts from one pharmacy to a less expensive one. Highly reccomend giving this a try. Even without joining Gold it's worth it.
