Great Customer Service, Very Helpful, and Clear Explanations.

Recently I needed to transfer a perscription and needed help. I called GoodRX and they helped me through the whole thing. Great customer service. They will keep me as a Gold member because of it. Keep up the Great work GoodRx

I was having trouble getting my app to work for Gold RX. I also was having a bit of confusion understanding the coupons etc. I called in, and spoke with Martin. What a wonderful customer service rep he turned out to be. Got my app upgraded and working. Explained everything to me. He even transferred all my prescriptions to the cheapest pharmacy to fill them at. This was one of the best service calls I have ever made. If all reps are like Martin, there would not be any complaints. Super happy with Good RX Gold!!!

Joshua provided excellent service today. He had all the answers before I could ask a question. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I think I will become a member of Rx Gold for one which is $5.99 per month. Unfortunately publix does not participate in the Rx Gold program so I was not able to get a good discount today but there will be other opportunities. I always get cheap prices on most of my mother's my medecine with Good Rx

Well...I saw a GoodRX ad on TV and didn't think much more about it. After all, how could this be true. A few months later I needed a prescription - something I hadn't used in years - and found that by using GoodRX I saved about 2/3 the pharmacy price! I actually felt like I was cheating when I showed them my cell phone screen with my GoodRX info, but thrilled to save the money. How come everyone doesn't know about this? I'm on Medicare but rarely use medication and so elected not to pay monthly for a prescription plan, and saved a lot of money. So it's great that GoodRX was there for me. I can't imagine how much money can be saved if someone needs regular medication. And now I have GoodRX Gold and save even more. (So, how'd I do? Easy to write a great commercial for a great product like yours!)

It all started with my current drug provider... they discontinued coverage on one of my meds... very mad I was... I fired them and went to another drug company and they also don’t cover the same medication... but while I was the phone with that pharmacist she mentioned if I ever heard of GoodRX...?? I said yes... I saw a commercial on tv and thought it was all BS. Well I couldn’t have been MORE WRONG ‼️ Not only is it all true and you can save in my case thousands but the customer service at GoodRX is just phenomenal..‼️ I’m a true believer and I’m spreading the word to all my family and to all my friends.
