I was so appreciative the help I received today. Your customer service is amazing and I fully appreciate all he did he was able to get me a refund for medicine I had just purchased 137.00 dollars and I sure do appreciate that

I just upgraded to the GoodRx Gold plan, which offers significant additional savings beyond the standard plan. I had to call customer service while I was at the local pharmacy to make sure I could add a family member, and I was immediately connected to a real person. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and helpful, and she solved my issue in less than two minutes. I give GoodRx the highest possible marks!

It wasn’t the fault of the customer service agent. The system would not allow me to log in to change my payment information and because agents are working from home they couldn’t take my card info.

I was having a hard time getting the GoodRX Gold app to sign me in as a member. I spoke with a representative, Gabriel, who took the time to help me. He was very professional and courteous. I was told I would be compensated for the delay in service with three months free.

When renewing my prescription the pharmacy didn’t have my update GoodRx info and after providing my Gold RX info they said the price didn’t change. I called GoodRx customer service and they contacted them and resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes! Saving me lots of money! Great customer service!
