In my opinion failed to provide me with what I paid for, then ignored all follow up questions that I had about being provided with a refund. I paid to use their online service to obtain a prescription for a medication that I use. Within 5 minutes they replied to my submission stating that they were unable to help me. I replied asking them if they provided a refund. No response from them. I followed up numerous times asking for a response, no response. A simple response was all that was necessary. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB due to them not following up with me after taking my money. They take your money, but when you question their service or ask for a refund you will be ignored.

I'm very happy about the discounts I receive on my medications. I take a lot of meds and without the discounts I receive the cost would be prohibitive.

Easy to use my Good Rx coupon at my local Rite aid. They knew the system and were very helpful.

I noticed that your pricing has escalated rather severely from script to script … 90 days !
