Very helpful to be able to have our meds for discounted prices. We do not have a drug plan and it would be difficult to have all of our necessary drugs in fact impossible.

till now, I couldn’t get to use any lower price with coupons in your app. Every time I’m picking medication, they are telling me that the numbers on RX dose not matching... Pls advis asap :) thank you much.

GoodRx is fantastic for saving money on prescriptions but I have quite a bit of trouble getting points. Many days I try to check in but the app says “ already checked in “ I manage to only get 100 points every 2 or 3 days. I hardly ever get any other points. I even lost 15,000. points trying to get 2500 for getting a refill. Nobody even on your assistance line can help so it gets very aggravating.

Hi there Eric, we see where the confusion might lie. Rewards can only be received in 24 hour time spans, not necessarily everyday. So if you check-in at 9pm on Monday, you won't be able to receive Tuesday's rewards till 9pm or after. We hope this helps!
