What's excellent is coverage across pharmacies and prices that's very competitive with my BCBS plan.

I have had continual problems with your service. Each month when I refill my Rxs, the price that the pharmacy is getting is not even close to what my Gold Good RX is showing So, EVERY MONTH, I have to spend a minimum of an hour + calling back and forth to your customer service team. If your representative doesn’t get an answer immediately from the pharmacy because they don’t answer the phone, they are told to wait an hour to call them back. This has been ridiculous, why doesn’t my BIN or membership # work

Looked for GoodRX coupon on Tetanus Diptheria Pertussus vaccine (Do not have Medicare D, so it was pricey w/o coupon.) Found one, for different brand than Pharmacy had in stock. But they were able to use the coupon info, and apply it to my Tdap vaccine.

Efficient and cost effective.

Easy to use, better prices than going through my insurance.

Best price for my Rx by far!
