Unfortunately, I had my money taken from Good Rx Care after scheduling a virtual appointment and never seeing a doctor. The call center told me there was nothing they could do on their end and recommended that I continue to message the provider in the same messaging center where I was not getting a response to begin with. They also told me there was nothing they could do to refund the charge. The entire thing was immensely stressful. I know nothing about their coupon service, but I highly suggest that you do not use them for telehealth in the case of needing a prescription quickly

Good rx has worked out wonderful. Have a prescription that was prohibitively pricey. Good rx helped get the price down to a reasonable level for me.
