The drugs that pay for through GoodRx saves me $80.00 every 3 months.

The discounts are amazing, on my monthly meds I save over 50%, and with Gold Rx for 10 dollars a month, my meds went from over $100 to just $15.98, life saver!

I don’t want to give a review! I gave it 5 stars!

I like being able to choose which pharmacy based on price. Sometimes I have to go to 4 different pharmacy for 4 different prescriptions which is a pain but saves me money. I didn't give 5 stars because the coupons aren't always correct-just yesterday I picked up a prescription with a coupon saying it was $8.88 and it was $13 something, so they don't always work & many times I have to wait so they can bill it again.

I used this for my GF for years, it was great but over the last six months it has went downhill fast. You used to be able to see your saving at different stores and the offers the stores carried. Now you just get prices at different locations in your area and half of them "DO NOT" honor or take Goodrx discounts. coupons or the Gold membership you pay for $9.99 a month giving you 90% discounts, it doesn't work. Being on fixed income trying to find a better price is hard for some. Pharmacy list is not accurate, it may tell you they are a Goodrx pharmacy, but you call and ask them they tell you NO real fast. Kroger has dropped them, Winn-Dixie most have closed, nothing updates. PC website is different than mobile version. I talked to customer service over phone telling her the steps I took she said she didn't see any of those on her PC, but when she went to mobile she saw what we were talking about but not the pharmacy in my area it listed. Goodrx, not anymore for me maybe for some it does help and that's great, but not like it did when it first appeared on the market. I paid $42.00 for a few prescriptions at Kroger using Goodrx Gold card I paid for monthly. Last month I used them the prices doubled and the following month it was still climbing. This doesn't include Pregabalin (Lyrica) which is overpriced anyway. I don't have time to spend looking for a different pharmacy to call my prescriptions into every time I need a refill. Doctors usually like to call all refills into one pharmacy not multiple at least mine does. If it works for you that's great if it doesn't then you are not alone. Update to reply from GoodRx: Thank you for your reply but not all Pharmacies you have listed accept your discounted medicine coupons. I ask before going to their location. I talked way over 45 minutes with GoodRx and the pharmacy on your list that the representative failed to find on her end to accept the prices I was quoted from your website and was told NO they do not accept your GoldRx membership card because it is still discounted coupon pricing and they do not accept it but, they do offer in-house pricing which is still high. transferring my prescriptions to another location as a solution doesn't fix the guaranteed price on my app, I was told using the GoldRx membership card which I paid for, at a local pharmacy NO several times. Like I said if it works for others that's great, but for me and my family NO. Thank you again for your reply,

Not able to use discount code at pharmacy. Called customer service and they tried for over 45 minutes to resolve code issue. They said the problem was a system error on their system. Had to pay retail pharmacy price and no help from good rx
